Bulgarian food is awesome as hell.

I made this bad boy 2 days ago.



It only took me about 40 min (which includes the 30 min oven time) and I’m already craving it again.

I’m so happy that me and Sophie decided to buy these 1 person easy bake pots, cause you can literally dump in anything you have in the fridge in there, bake it for 30 min and viola!

It’s called guveche, my personal one has a mix of veggies, potatoes, some lukanka (balkan version of salami), parmesan and cheddar cheese, onions, tomato sause and an egg to top it all off.

Short post, but definitely do recommend!
